Sorry I forgot to post this earlier guys. I worked it out so that it could be done in the fewest amount of transactions possible (I can show you the figures if you want) :). Here is what is owed:

Basia owes Kristi $11.60 (assuming that she hasn't already given Kristi $10 for the hexbot)
Basia also owes Tracy $11.80
Mandy owes Tracy $8.40
